Hi,

Could you please describe in detail how you have your account setup so I can try to replicate it and see if I can duplicate your problem. The more details you can provide will help.

You are running Joomla 1.6.0 stable version?
Is Joomla installed in public_html or do you have an addon or sub-domain?
When you were using a custom icon you had just the icon name in the Custom Icon Filename field and the Custom Icon Path you left blank?

Thanks.

Hi,

There must be something different about your installation. I have tried what you did and the image shows up fine for me.

When I try a custom icon and the file is missing I get the following message:
Custom icon file is missing: /home/username/public_html/administrator/images/new_folder.png/

I see that the clear cache icon works for you, as you have it showing up fine in your image.

What type of hosting account do you have? Is it Linux or Windows? cPanel, Plesk or custom?

The module doesn't accept the custom icon. The only good way is to put my icon in /administrator/templates/bluestork/images/header (bluestork is the template I have choosen for the admin). But if I do it I obtain only the name Icon Label.

Hello,

What version of the module are you using?

Could you please show me what your parameter settings are. From the message, it looks like the image is set to new_folder.png instead of icon.png.

Thanks

I have created the folder images in administrator and put the icon.png in but when KCAQ ask the icon I obtain this message :

Custom icon file is missing: /my_website.com/administrator/images/new_folder.png/

I dont anderstand why there is "/" at the end of the request...
