No module created, no options to create KC quick options module

Sorry, I posted a quick reply last night to never mind. I did realize I had to toggle modules view to "administrative." Once I did that, was off and running. Just completed configuration with custom icons and it looks great. Works great. Is really going to help the client webmaster. I agree with those who say that this should be part of the Joomla core. One thing, I'd like to be able to add even more icons. We build complex sites with lots of moving parts and many components. The more intuitive we can make site management, the better.
Incidentally, I simplified the custom icon selection by simply going to the image folder for my back-end template (Bluestork) and batch-uploading all the images. Then in the module parameters I simply toggled to select the proper one. They became selectable along with the stock icons.
Thanks for this great module!

Hi,

Did you look under Admin modules rather than Site modules? There should be an Admin module that is ready to be configured and enabled after you install the extension.

See the installation instructions here:
www.keashly.net/administration/kc-admin-quickicons
follow the Joomla 2.5 instructions.

I uninstalled it over concerns that it would break the site. Anybody else experienced this?

I installed successfully. But it did not create a module. When I try to create a module, QuickIcons is not available as an option. So, this seems like a good idea. But it did not work for me out of the box on a 2.59 site. Has anybody else experienced this? We are always looking for new ways to simplify the admin panel for webmasters, but it's got to be trouble-free.
