Hi,

The Cufon site is located here: cufon.shoqolate.com/generate/ . Click the Community link which will take you to the Google Group for support.

Cheers.

Yes, I have, and I don't know how to send a message to the developer.

On the Joomla Extensions site, there is a 'Support' button which leads me to this forum and practically every link in regards to support leads to this site's forum.

Hi,

Did you try putting the text decoration on "h3 a" without the cufon in the declaration?

Again, this would be something to take back to the Cufon developer.

Seems to be the same problem when trying to apply an underline as a text-decoration on a link.

Hi,

The kc_cufon plugin just allows you to use Cufon on your Joomla site. I don't have anything to do with the actual Cufon development.

Can you view source and see what is in the head of your document, paste that in the post and send what you have for the css for the selector that has the text-decoration overwritten?

It is really hard to debug without being able to view the site and look at it using Firebug.

I'm using the kc_cufon joomla plugin, in case that matters and my screen images are too large for this site to let me upload to.

The plugin works, but it overwrites just that one style.

Hi,

Can you use firebug to see what is changing the text-decoration?

What css selector do you have your text-decoration on? I have text-decoration: capitalize on my h1 on this site and it doesn't get overwritten. There could be some conflict with Cufon and line-through. You would need to look on the Cufon developers website to look for that kind of information: Cufon Documentation

The system is currently on a local system.

The reason why I know that Cufon is overwriting it is if I use any local font, i.e., Arial, the text decoration comes back.

Oh, and yes, I have !important at the end of my declaration and the declaration is at the bottom of my CSS page.

Hi,

Could you please provide a link to the page with the issue and what text on the page has the issue. ufon shouldn't be overrideing the text decoration.

Did you try adding a '!important' to the text decoration css?

Is there a way for cufon not to overwrite text-decorations? I'm using cufon on a style that uses 'text-decoration: line-through' and it keeps 'removing' it.
