cannot upload cufon generated fonts..

Oh dear - that is all completely beyond me! I'm administrating my own site at a pretty basic level - just wanted to get the company logo font as the main site header instead of the generic font. I have no idea about FTP clients etc. Never mind.

Hi, I'm trying to get some custom fonts onto my joomla 1.7 site. I've put the font through the generator and got my cufon font file. The next thing to do is upload this file, but I can find no way of doing that through the back-end of my joomla site. The most specific instructions I've found after much online searching are "Upload the font files to /plugins/system/kc_cufon/fonts folder." but HOW do I do this??! It won;t upload through extension manager or media manager and I can't find any other way of uploading on Joomla! I feel like I'm missing something really blindingly obvious because all the advice/instructions/support just keep saying "upload the file" like it's the easiest thing in the rold to do.. Pulling my hair out here - any help much appreciated!
