That's the problem :). I can't add another font than the two that come with the plugin. I tried it with several fonts, all of them are being used on other sites with the KCcufon plugin.
I'll try to reinstall the plugin, since this is such a strange problem one has to try strange things :).

Edit: That didn't help either. And I found out that The Olde English font that comes with the plugin can't be included too. Weird.
Unpublishing other plugins didn't help.

Second edit: I decided to add the cufon code to my template and not use the plugin on this site.

Thanks for your help

Hello,

Looking at the page source file, it shows you want h2 replaced with "Narrow" font, but I don't see where the narrow font file has been included. The Prociono font you are using for h6 is showing up as being included.

Do you have a page with h6 on it and see if it is working?

There could be a conflict between the slider script and Cufon, but first you need to find out why the Narrow font file is not being loaded. Check how you specified the font file name in the parameters, double check that it has been uploaded, with the name you specified with .font.js added to it, to the Cufon font folder.

Hi Laurelle,

I tried it with other fonts and still there is no link tot the js. In my source code I see:
src="tastyjoomla.nl/TPA/plugins/system/kc_cufon/fonts/Gabrielle_400.font.js">
src="tastyjoomla.nl/TPA/plugins/system/kc_cufon/fonts/Prociono_400.font.js",
but not the font I uploaded. I did exactly the same as on the other sites where I use your plugin. I tried all your sugestions

I have the plugin published now (tastyjoomla.nl/TPA/) and can give you access to the admin. I'm also using a slider plugin, maybe it's conflicting?

Thanks, Tom

Hello,

It sounds like there is a problem with your cufon font file. Did you happen to generate the font file for another domain and then just copy the font file over to this new domain? When you generated the font file, did you specify the domain that it is supposed to work on. If you filled in that field, that could be your problem. Maybe you mispelled the domain or didn't specify the www version or non-www version.

Another thing that could be a problem is the name of the font, if it has spaces in it I find it better to fill in the field that lets you give the font a different name and use just a 1 word font name.

Other than those things I would need a link to your site and what you have specified for parameters exactly. The plugin is working, since it works with the default fonts, so it isn't an issue with the plugin, but the font file or parameter specification.

Good luck,

I installed the Cufon plugin successfully and it works with the standard font. When I use a custom font, it doesn't show and I don't see a link tot the .font.js. I use the same font with KC-Cufon on other sites.
I tried changing the name of the font in the .font.js file and the Font field in the plugin. This didn't help.
Any idea what might be wrong?
