Hi,

Your font file is showing as: neuneu_400.font.js but you have defined the font as neu. Try changing the font to neuneu.

If that doesn't fix the problem then go generate your font again, but this time don't put anything in the field to limit the domain.

In the field "Use the following value as the font-family of the generated font" put in a name "neuneu".

Upload this new font file to the /plugins/system/kc_cufon/fonts folder. Check the font parameters to make sure that they reflect the correct font name and font file name.

That should fix the probem I think.

Good luck

Hi,

i have the same problem. With standart font works perfekt. If i generate my own font, they show me only the standart joomla font.

What do i wrong? On the cufon.shoqolate.com/generate/ page i have create over 10 fonts, no one is going.

this is the example page microlabs.de/example/

At this point "Limit usage to the following domain(s)" i wrote microlabs.de, www.microlabs.de, www.microlabs.de/example/

Is that wrong?

In the attachment my generatet font and the standart font.

Can you please help me get it to work?

sorry for my bad english

Waldemar

Hello,

No file is showing as being attached to the post.

What is the name of the font-family that you are using? Does it have any spaces in the name or a multi-word name? If so, try using a 1 word name for the font-family in the "Use the following value as the font-family of the generated font" field.

When you created the font file, did you limit the domains that the font file would work on? If so, did you include the current domain you are trying to get Cufón to work on. Make sure that you have the www version of the domain as well as the non www version in the list of allowed domains.

Since the default fonts work, it must be something wrong with the font file that you generated or something specified incorrectly for your the plugin parameters. You uploaded your new font file to the /plugins/system/kc_cufon/fonts folder?

Please include a copy of your plugin parameters, the name of the font file, name of the font-family you specified in the generator and a link to your site for more help.

Good luck.
