Hi Alison,

Thank you for adding this information, it is a good tip for people.

Note that when you are creating your font with the Cufon Generator, you can specify the font name that you want the font to use. The cases where your font name is long, has a space or other punctuation characters is when you should be using this field. That way you don't have to edit the Javascript file.

Thanks for sharing,
Laurelle

I just thought I would share this with everybody as it has been baffling me for ages as to why i could get some custom fonts to work and not others....

If you have a font that has a space in its name that isnt working using KC_cufon in joomla, then all you need to do is go to the font.js file that you generated and find in the first section of the code "font-family":"the font name" etc
and remove the space or give it a new name. Then rename the whole file to match eg:

for font that was "Alison Bold"
the code now becomes ....."font-family":"Alison"....
and the filename becomes Alison_400.font.js

Note: this doesnt work if you have restricted the domains as the file becomes encoded and you wont be able to find the relevant snippet.

Thanks To Keashly for providing an awesome plugin!
